This file contains a photograph of the slate dedication to Ursula, Viscountess Ridley, installed at the Royal Victoria Infirmary, Newcastle upon Tyne, 1973, together with a covering letter from David Kindersley dated 21 May 1973. The inscription was designed by Leonard Evetts and executed by stone letter-carver David Kindersley. There is also a large design drawing of the inscription, housed separately due to its size.
