There are printouts that accompany these, some are annotated and 'Poem without a hero' is printed out in full. There is one letter from Neil Astley to Richard McKane regarding these changes and asking for clarification, he also discusses the issues of using disks for typesetting (these are not available). The proofs with notes have not come with the accompanying letter and this has been left this way. Within this there are two sheets "Interview with Martin Carter" and Louise Bennett's poem 'Proverbs' which have been put in the file, these are proof copies cut to publication size and are from the anthology 'Hinterland: Caribbean Poetry from the West Indies and Britain' compiled by E.A.
