The title page bears the inscription: Choice and Experienced Receipts of Cookery, Preserves, Conserves, Pickles, etc. together with a Collection of Valuable Receipts for Physick collected from Mr John Spearman of Hetton and other able and Eminent Physicians . 186 pages. With a table of contents at the end of the volume. Also with an edition of The London Packet or New Lloyd's Evening Post interleaved in page 143 (now removed to a separate folder but kept alongside the volume).
