Appraisal, destruction and scheduling
File formats normalised in line with Newcastle University Library's digital preservation policy. Migration of .eps formats was unsuccessful. Decisions made during item level appraisal of .eps files concluded that no further action was required of this file type due to similar content already existing within digital material. .avi created files were migrated to .mp4 on 30th May 2025 .doc; .rtf and .xls created files were migrated to .pdf between 13-15th May 2025. .3ds files were unable to be migrated to supported format type and are currently unavailable. A digital archivist can advise further.
