In 1998-1999, Terry Farrell and Partners were involved in a project to design the WF9 Building at the Canary Wharf development on 15 Westferry Circus. 15 Westferry Circus was a 9 storey, 16,250 m2 (174,900 sq ft) building located on the upper level of Westferry Circus, Canary Wharf. This was to be a speculative shell and core office tower block acting as a 'gateway building' to West India Avenue and the Canary Wharf development. Construction began in November 1998, when finished it marked the completion of the Westferry Complex.
