Digital object contains a collection of project emails received and sent by the Farrell organisation. Files initially housed on 1 CD-R. Digital object ID: TF-2022-08-01-003-A.
Appraisal, destruction and scheduling
File formats were normalised in line with Newcastle University Library's digital preservation policy. Folders were unzipped in February 2025. .tiff and .gif created formats were migrated to .jpeg access versions in November 2025. .doc, .ppt and .xls created formats were migrated to pdf formats in April-May 2025. As of April 2026 there are a small number of 'design' formats, .psd, .p65, .msg, .eps, .plt, .hln that were unable to be migrated using the current resources. .ai created formats were found to be duplicated in content to other existing access formats and were not processed any further.
