Satirises the dynastic ambitions of Napoleon on the Continent, planting a Pippin Tree representing the genealogy of Lord Moira. The "Royal Oak" of British constitutionalism is hacked at by supposed domestic sympathisers- Lord Howick, Lord Grenville, and the Marquis of Buckingham.
