Vladimir Janovic's The House of the Tragic Poet, is an epic poem imaged from the mosaic and fresco images throughout the Roman villa. The House of the Tragic Poet (also called The Homeric House or The Iliadic House) is a typical 2nd century BC Roman house in Pompeii, Italy.
