Editorial correspondence

Consists of correspondence between Neil Astley and Ian Duhig regarding general correspondence and advice surrounding the collection and decisions surrounding its publication. Within the letters there are comical exchanges between Neil Astley and Ian Duhig whilst explaining decisions behind the collection. There is a more serious letter explaining to Ian Duhig that there was a slip-up with administration and that he did not receive the Poetry Book Society Recommendation. Included is a letter with a list of corrections to be made to a proof that was sent. There are several postcards regarding the dedication and acknowledgements. There is correspondence with Jane Lewis asking permission to use her artwork titled the "Singer" for the front cover and with Brendan Kennelly regarding the artwork.
