An envelope containing three scripts by A.M. Duff
The three scripts are for 'The Farmy Yard Triump (Roman Scandals iii), 'Pom and Tully' (Roman Scandals VI) and an incomplete script contained within a notebook from 'Durham School' called 'For Country and for Life'.
An essay on The Requisites of an historian, with especial reference to
A manuscript. The essay attained the prize offered by the University College (of London presumably) Debating Society in 1851.

Report by team chaired by Dame Deirdre Hine to review the appropriateness and effectiveness of the UK strategy for responding domestically to the H1N1 Swine Flu influenza pandemic and make recommendations for future planning.
Includes covering letter to Sir Liam from Dame Deirdre enclosing a copy of the report and congratulating him for making sure the UK was prepared and knew the risks of a pandemic.

This report, commissioned by the Secretary of State for Health, was in response to claims made by The Sunday Telegraph that women beyond the legal limit for abortion in England were being referred abroad by the British Pregnancy Advisory Service (BPAS). It investigated the handling of late abortion cases by this registered charity and service provider.
Found that BPAS's ability to provide abortion and reproductive counselling and services had not been compromised and made a number of best practice recommendations for dealing with late gestation abortion cases, developing protocols for late term abortion counselling and improving early access to services.

This report, produced with the assistance of safety experts from various fields, aimed to ensure lessons were learned from past adverse events in the NHS and reduce the risks to patients in the future. It identified key areas to enable the NHS to reform its approach to safety and made associated recommendations including an independent reporting scheme, a programme of learning into adverse events and enhanced learning from error.
