Includes: spatial studies; layout studies; schematic plans and building usage plans; precedent studies; proposed steelwork drawings (RLT Engineering Consultants); proposed building material drawings (Nicholas Ray Associates); and one masterplan ariel view drawing of the settlement centre. This file also included a set of 'precedent' photographs of housing types and street furniture.
