Leonard Evetts' project file relating to the design of windows in St Alban's Church, Pelaw, Gateshead. The designs are dated 1983. It is not clear whether the windows were actually installed.

Leonard Evetts' project file relating to a commission in 1959 to conserve some pre-Reformation heraldic glass originally from Hampton Court but now in east nave of St Alban’s Church, Earsdon, Tyne and Wear. This project is referred to in the publication “Sixteenth Century Heraldic Glass at Earsdon, Northumberland," Archaeologia Aeliana 4; XXXVII; 333-39.

The file contains photographs and one design, dated 1958-1959.

A second file contains a photograph of the Earsdon Mothers' Union Banner, designed by Leonard Evetts, and a covering letter dated 1959.

One drawing of the west door showing the positions of the proposed memorial inscriptions for the fallen in the wars of 1914-18 and 1939-45. The commission was installed in 1948-1949.

Leonard Evetts' project file relating to the design and execution of the East Window, St Aidan's Church, South Shields, Tyne and Wear, installed in 1951.

The main file contains detailed designs and photographs and a 1951 service of dedication booklet. There is also a large design for a proposed cross for the aisle alter, housed separately due to its size.

The church was demolished in 2000 but the East Window was moved to St Stephen's, South Shields.

Leonard Evetts' project file relating to St. Agatha, Sparkbrook, Birmingham, installed 1961. The window depicts scenes from the Book of Revelations (The Apocalypse), replacing a window destroyed in World War II.

The file contains detailed designs, commission correspondence, a photograph of the completed window. There are also two large design layouts, housed separately due to their size.
