The Natural History Society of Northumbria areas of the new Great North Museum comprised of a library, archive store, offices and meeting room, all on the second floor. These files are split into 'Internal' (correspondence between Farrells staff) and 'External' (correspondence between Farrells staff and external stakeholders and contractors).

File includes correspondence between Terry Farrell Partnership / Farrells and Whiteness Property Company Limited. File correspondence dates are mixed, and original order has been maintained.

Consists of a printout of the publication. There is also correspondence attached regarding corrections, publication review, contract and artwork. There is also a postcard attached from Jane Hirshfield to Neil Astley and a letter regarding the attached printout.

Consists of a printout of the collection that has been sectioned with folded paper, some of these sections are missing. Also included is the book contract and cover image (sent in by Lawrence Sail) and correspondence regarding the reproduction of this, there is also a publication schedule that includes Lawrence Sail's other publications in 2010.

Consists of a printout of part of the collection with a Bloodaxe Books information sheet that has been edited. There are letters and emails between Ruth Fainlight and Neil Astley regarding the publication and cover image and also Ruth's recommendation of another poet.

Consists of a letter from David Connolly to Neil Astley regarding the translation and initial interest of publishing the publication. Attached is a review of the translations and a printout of some of the poems included.

Consists of correspndence between Neil Astley and Adam Czerniawski regarding the translation of poems within the publication, rights, royalties, details surrounding reviews, corrections, cover artwork and general correspondence surrounding its publication and ordering. Also included is a letter from Neil Astley to Adam Czerniawski rejecting a manuscript submitted after "Burning Forest". There is correspondence between Neil Astley and the Ashmoleon Museum regarding copyright for a copy of the publication that was sent to be included in the library. Also included is a printout and a hand written summary of the contents page with setting information and cut outs of fonts and illustrations. There are letters to and from Alfred Jurzykowski Foundation Inc. requesting and acknowledging the receipt of a grant application requesting assistance on behalf of Bloodaxe.

Consists of printouts of poems, photocopies of poems and newspaper cuttings of poems that were considered for the anthology. These are annotated and sectioned into the categories within the book. There are several letters regarding the publication, copyright issues and added poems. This includes a book "The Old Familiar Faces Poems on the Experience of Ageing" edited by Sybil Oldfield and Gwenyth Shaw.
