Consists of a watercolour sketch of a barman in front of barrels of alcohol. Caption reads: Publican - "Humph! Here's a jolly sell - I sent for that newspaper call "The Bar" an' 'stead o' tellin' one about liquor its full o' habeas corpuses an' such like rubbish!"
