Collection of photographs of drawings planning the development of a new office for the Digital Equipment Company. The development is focusing on developing an internal struc inside a pre-existing industrial shed. The focus of this internal structure is a long central mezzanine with heating ducts protuding perpendicular to it. Nine of the drawings focus on this mezzanine. This includes 3D sketches and detailed drawings of the ducts. The remaining thirteen drawings cover a variety of aspects of the development including rough sketches, external building sketches of the courtyard and trellis, floorplans, cross sections, phasing diagrams and 3D cutaways. A collection of photographs of plans for a large site proposed on the Vauxhall riverfront. Firstly a set of phasing diagrams covering office phasing, construction phasing and residential phasing. Then a set of cross section diagrams and 3D models for residential sectors of the building. Finally four black and white photographs of the site with the proposed model superimposed. Item consists of 49 images in 13 slides.

The item shows photographs of a model of the site from various angles. Likely part of the Effra Redevelopment National Competition. This competition was to redevelop a riverfront area of the Vauxhall riverbank. The project was never built and the site would eventually become the MI6 building.
