Firstly a series of mini masterplans for Meridian Gardens covering gradient studies, improvement options and contstraints studies. Secondly a set of planning applications covering the entire peninsula. Includes District, Place and route plans, plot plans, road junction options. Next it includes a highly detailed colour coded community plan detailing residential , education, business and leisure facilities. Then there is a detailed planning proposal for a new road system on the peninsula. Next a set of masterplans detailing every proposed building on the site and a diagram detailing foiliage and building materials. Finally a set of planning proposals designed by different sub contractors to different clients for each building. Consists of floorplans and context elevation diagrams.
