Consists of an amusing letter to Dr Carol Jagger, Senior Lecturer in Epidemiology, from Sir Liam regarding an item from minutes of a meeting held on 2 February 1982, which Sir Liam attended in his capacity as Senior Lecturer in Epidemiology. Sir Liam refers to a fictious character, Hildegaard. Includes copy of these minutes.
