(1838-1928), ''Dear Mr. Trevelyan, I mean't to call this afternoon, but am threatened with cold from having faced the frost too boldly yesterday, and must be cowardly today - but I am very sorry not to see you again - have you half an hour to spare before seven o-clock - I am in all day. I am most Truely Yours. I. Ruskin''

John Ruskin addresses George Otto Trevelyan as 'Mr' and also as M.P. so the letter, undated, is assumed to be from between 1868 when GOT became an MP and 1886 when he succeeded his father as 2nd Baronet.
