These letters are to various prominent people from a range of backgrounds. There are three replies one from Ted Hughes agreeing to contribute. one from David Gee, who at the time was the Director Designate of Friends of the Earth, who declined the offer. And one from Ian Jack who agrees but queries whether Neil has sent this letter to the correct Ian Jack.
