Includes letters and fields cards sent home from Thomas Baker Brown while he served as a soldier and was taken Prisoner of War, as well as from his brother George, and his cousin Archibald Douglas Mason who died from wounds in France. Also includes correspondence between the Brown family and official bodies when Thomas Baker Brown's father searched for his son who had been reported missing.
