Nine Elms

Wood model of Nine Elms in 2 sections. Models show surrounding buildings, roads and water. Model detailing sits on a balsa wood/wooden base, with clear Perspex under the corners and 4 x wooden feet. No casing.
The model is based on a wooden platform and showing network of roads, buildings and water bodies. Few tiny parts of the model are chipped off, whereas some are missing from its place, which are showing the traces. The model is consisting the miniature replicas of different structures like bridge, water channels and historic buildings.

Olympic Legacy

Model of the Lower Lea Masterplan (post Olympic Legacy), showing Canning Town, Stratford Town, Hackney Wick, Bow and Blackwall areas with specific areas for development within the Thames Gateway region highlighted. Not encased in box. Has the potential to be electrically re-wired.

Paddington

1 large wooden concept model of Paddington Basin, demonstrating building shape, relationships and road layouts. Model has possible electrical capability and is not encased.
The model consists of various structures of the Paddington area, which includes the sky scrapers, complexes and trees.

South Bank

Model along London’s Southbank, showing bridges crossing the River Thames and multiple buildings along the Southbank including Tate Modern, made mostly from balsa wood with plastic and metal detailing. Encased in clear non-detachable acrylic casing box on top of a metal and wooden base.

South Kensington House

Model of a proposed building in South Kensington, London made from balsa wood, demonstrtaing external elevations and cut away sections. Encased in clear acrylic box.

A railway platform at backside of the building depicted on the ground level with railway tracks and a wagon on it. The model is encased with clear acrylic casing fixed in wooden platform.

The Deep

Model of The Deep aquarium building made from plastic, with blue acrylic representing water, a carpark made from cardboard with small model cars, along thing silver structure made from plastic. Wooden base. Encased in a clear acrylic box casing, which is screwed into each side of the wooden base.
The world's first submarium's model built on a wooden base showing the multi-coloured slanting roof made up of acrylic, in the form of a glacier. The property area is depicted on the model with spaces like car parking area and trees.

The Home Office

Concept wooden model of Home Office Building at Marsham Street, with particular focus on cladding frontage. Encased in clear acrylic box.

A glass snow globe of Shanghai Tang which includes The Peak. Globe sides on a dark wooden base. Snow globe is wind up and has the potential to play music.
The globe is stored in a hard cardboard box.
