The issue includes a communication by Thomas Hodgkin to the editor dated May 12, 1829 (p. 804) concerning a critique by Dr Baron (in a letter to the London Medical Gazette of April 25) relating to his work on adventitious structures published in the transactions of the Medical and Chirurgical Society.
