Publishing contract

Publishing agreement between Sid Chaplin of Ferryhill and Phoenix House Limited of London for book "The Leaping Lad and Other Stories". Consideration 10% royalty of first 2000 English edition, 12.5% thereafter, 10% royalty on American edition, and £50 on completion of manuscript. Signed by John Baker, Director of Phoenix House Limited and Sid Chaplin.
