Consists of an obituary for Frederick Page in the University of Durham College of Medicine Gazette, this shows a picture of him operating at the RVI, his portrait and a list of his last procedures. Included is a photograph of the main theatre at the RVI with a group of nurses, Sister Mastin is in charge, this is noted on the reverse.

Letters and notes about campaigning against allotment fires, the letters are mainly from Newcastle City Council, included is information from a 1962 protest petition which Pybus sent in and provided papers and evidence for. Enclosed are several photographs of "sooty lungs" and allotment fires with dates and locations, he also references the Clean Air Act regularly.
