Letter dated 21 Aug 1835 written at Bedford Square to an unnamed recipient (addressed 'My Dear Sir') Arnott is asking whether the Duke of Portland may put questions to the recipient about a certain rail-road. Prescription dated 25 May 1829 'for Rose, Esqr'. Prescription is initialied by Arnott. Item mounted on paper.

Three letters and a prescription. Letter dated 19 Feb 1875 written at 1 Harewood Place, Hanover Square to Captain Harvey reqeuesting that he visit the following day. Letter dated 11 Oct 1883 written at 1 Harewood Place, Hanover Square to Mr Hart agreeing to take part with the Scientific Grants Committee and attend a meeting. Letter dated 3 Feb 1894 written at 5 Park Square West, Regent's Park to Ernest Hart. Paget offers a portrait of Sir Charles M. Clark engraved by Law and an unpublished portrait of Dr George Roupell engraved from a picture by Pickersgill. The recipient of two of the letters is likely Ernest Abraham Hart (1865-1898). Medical journalist. Prescription for H. A. Silver Esq. dated 29 Oct 1874.

Letter dated 14 Jan 1869 written at 17 Henrietta Street, Cavendish Square to an unnamed recipient suggesting adjustments to her medicine. Letter dated 7 Aug 1880 to an unnamed recipient regarding Wilson's availability and requesting she be punctual. Two of the letters are mounted on paper and the third is torn in two.

Pybus was involved in the laryngology section.

Letter dated 15 Sep 1839 from Clift. Written at the Royal College of Surgeons, Lincoln's Inn Fields, to R McCormick Esq. Relates to the procurement and preparation of spirits for preserving animals and the acquisition of dissecting instruments. The recipient, Robert McCormick (1800-1890) was naturalist on H.M.S. Erebus on a voyage of discovery to the Antarctic under the command of Captain James Clark Ross. The ship sailed in September 1939 and returned in 1843. Consists of a draft letter to members of the University and RVI considering the formulation of a surgical society.

Draft letters written on scrap paper and generic letters sent to Pybus. The subjects of these letters are quite wide ranging including Pybus' career, his cancer research, allotment fires, Pybus' mice contaminated with soot, the Clean Air Act, smoke pollution and media communication. Some letters do not have recipient names and some were not sent - as noted by Pybus.
