Letters from Charles' journey with Beatrice and Sidney Webb through the United States of America, Hawaii, New Zealand and Australia.
These letters were published in their entirety in 1969 (see publication note).
The originals include three items of memorabilia (a map, newspaper cutting and train timetable), and some post-scripts which were omitted from the published version.
