Includes minutes of meetings of the UDC executive committee, a newspaper cutting on E D Morel, draft letters from Charles promoting the UDC, reference to Morel's health, discussion of UDC publications and speeches, reference to the arrest of Mr Stephan (a publisher) and a proposal to establish a sub-committee for providing provincial lectures and speeches.

Also includes a picture postcard of E D Morel, with a note on the reverse by Pauline Dower and a later note from 1987 regarding the date of a letter from M Philips Price.
