Biographical history

Esta Spalding was born in Boston, and raised in Hawaii and Toronto. She now lives in Vancouver, where she writes for film and television. She has published four books of poetry in Canada, edited The Griffin Poetry Prize Anthology (Anansi, 2002) and is co-editor of Brick: A Literary Journal, as well as of Lost Classics (Bloomsbury 2000). Her novel, Mere, written with Linda Spalding, it due out ih 2002.
